Workable Solutions, Inc. (“WSI”) recognizes our obligation to protect the personal information you share via this website (”Site”). To provide you with instant access to your account information and to enable WSI to properly service your account, we collect certain "Personal Information" that individually identifies you and is not otherwise available to the public. WSI does not share our customers’ nonpublic personal information with unaffiliated third parties, or for reasons unrelated to the proper servicing of your account, nor do we sell any nonpublic personal information collected. This notice is effective June 13, 2005 and outlines WSI’s policies and your rights.

When information is disclosed to a third party to perform services or functions on our behalf, WSI contractually requires the third party to adhere to privacy standards that maintain the confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information, to use the information only for the limited purpose for which it was shared, and to abide by all applicable privacy laws.
Within Workable Solutions, Inc. we restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide and service our products or to properly conduct our business.
